INEC Office Burnt In Benue State at Governor's LGA

Pandemonium broke out on Sunday in Ugba town of Logo local government area of Benue State when gunmen believed to be hired thugs stormed the area, burning the Independent National electoral Commission (INEC) office in the area.

Ugba is the headquarters of Logo LGA which is the home of Governor Gabriel Suswam.

The incident which occurred at about 8.45 pm today happened after supporters of the rival political parties clashed.
Policemen had been deployed to the affected area to maintain peace.
